Anna is a Visiting Lecturer at Northwestern University for the academic year 2025-2026. She is currently a graduate student in the Social Sciences Department of the École Normale Supérieure in Paris. She obtained a dual Master's degree in Early Modern History from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich. Prior to her graduate studies, she completed her undergraduate education in a multidisciplinary preparatory class, with a curriculum encompassing humanities, literature, and social sciences.
Born in Paris, she grew up in France, Switzerland, and Germany, which has fostered her fascination with linguistic and cultural diversity. Her research topics include plant mobility, agricultural practices, and state formation, with broader interests in agrarian and peasant studies, food studies, micropolitics, everyday resistance, and biopolitics.
